ibidi 细胞共培养 u-slide 2x9 well
细胞共培养 co-cultivation 技术是将2种或2种以上的细胞共同培养于同一环境中，由于其具有更好地反映体内环境的优点，所以这种方法被广泛应用于现代细胞研究中。
共培养体系主要作用：诱导细胞向另一种细胞分化；诱导细胞自身分化；维持细胞功能和活力；调控细胞增殖；促进早期胚胎发育和提高代谢产物产量。

µ-slide 2 x 9 well实验步骤：
1. 将40-60ul的受体细胞悬浮液种到slide中间小室，根据你的细胞类型密度控制在5-10×104cells/ml；
2. 将40-60ul的饲养层细胞悬浮液种到slide的其他8个小室；
3. 细胞贴壁后，移去各小室培养基，并洗脱掉未贴壁细胞，再加400-600ul培养基到大well，两种细胞共享同一培养体系
µ-slide 2 x 9 well也可以用来培养3d基质胶中的细胞球体
